Product details, pricing, specifications, lead times, and availability are provided for general information, may change without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer. A reservation request is not a contract; any purchase is governed by a separate written agreement.
Pre-orders & deposits
Reservation deposits, payment terms, build timelines, and refund/transfer policies are set out in your pre-order agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with the site.
Intellectual property
The Meat Bot, its design, our pending patent applications (USPTO #63/996,608 & #64/013,275), and all site content are our intellectual property. Don’t reuse them without permission.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product warranties, if any, are set out exclusively in your written purchase or pre-order agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability relating to any purchased equipment is governed solely by the applicable written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
