Who we are
Meat Bot (“we”) operates meat-bot.com. We are a Chicken Butt Jerky company based in Texas, USA.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you submit a reservation or demo request (name, company, email, phone, and the details you provide). This is used to contact you and process your request, and is stored in our CRM (Pipedrive).
- Usage data — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, device/browser). This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Business visitor identification — we use Snitcher to help identify the companies visiting our site (company name, pages viewed, visit duration) based on IP address and similar signals, so we can follow up with businesses that may be interested in the Meat Bot. This is subject to Snitcher’s privacy policy.
- Scheduling — demo bookings are handled by Pipedrive’s scheduler, subject to Pipedrive’s privacy terms.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, fulfill reservations, improve the site, and (where permitted) follow up about the Meat Bot. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
Google Analytics and Snitcher set cookies to measure usage and identify business visitors. You can block cookies in your browser or opt out of Google Analytics. We ask Google not to use the data for ad personalization.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and reservation records in our CRM for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship, then delete or anonymize them on request or when no longer needed. Analytics and visitor-identification data is retained per Google Analytics’ and Snitcher’s standard retention settings.

To access, correct, or delete the information you’ve given us — or to exercise any privacy rights available under the laws of your state — email hello@meat-bot.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
